Michael Cougar Pennekamp holds an M.F.A. in Studio Art with a concentration in Printmaking from The University of Arkansas, Fayetteville and a B.F.A. in Printmaking from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
Continuously fueled by a DIY punk ethos, Mike’s work is influenced by conspiracy, history, sociology, and revisionist narratives in a post-truth American landscape… or maybe that’s just what he wants you to think.
